NUTRAÉ started in a home kitchen in Karachi, with a five-tray oven, a candy thermometer, and a stubborn refusal to accept that “healthy” and “delicious” had to be a compromise.
Before we were in stores, we were in a home kitchen. Everything was small-batch because it had to be. We spent months testing every single ingredient, tray by tray, minute by minute. Oats toasted tray by tray, batches that crumbled or stuck – we saw it all.
We saw the market filled with expensive imports that sat on shelves for months, or cheap local fillers masquerading as “health foods.” We knew there was a better way. Our belief is that healthy and delicious should not be a compromise.
